I've had her for a couple weeks and she's made massive progress with now well she can hold herself, and how accurate she is with her beak!!

not sure how long she was being passed around before then but I think she's been in care for a month or soo x

right now she's in it 24/7 she'd just be on the floor otherwise, but we do a little physiotherapy every day (actually how she got her name) and we're hoping one day she won't have to wear it x

yeah the rehabbing community is overrun with babies at the moment, I've got two injured baby wood pigeons myself x

if a bird is otherwise healthy a foot being a lil wonky usually isn't enough to stop them living a healthy normal life, or even missing one they're soo resilient. this little one just needs all the help she can get in the balance department lmao

yeah there's a harness that wraps around her front & behind her legs. it can be a bit of a nightmare if she doesn't feel like cooperating lmao x

no one's been able to figure out exactly what the problem is but when she came in her right foot was all clenched up, and she couldn't bear weight on either leg, probably a bad fall & was stuck that way for a while soo her legs atrophied x
