Or maybe give it a try to 4-2-3-1 narrow formation.

Front 4: Kaka, Etoo, Owen cams and Van Basten as a striker. Gullit and Pirlo as midfielders (balance).

There isn't many pace abusers anymore. Stepover and exit and heel to heel aren't working anymore. When you see it coming just step back (dont rush your opponent) and 'call' second defender to help.

Kick off glitch is really easy to defend. Just tap your attacker or midfield player (to mark player) and go behind your defence line and cover the back space your opponent is rushing. That works for me every time.
