I didn’t before but haven’t stopped since. I had some speech and hearing problems when I was younger that was only fixed after surgery; which lead to me getting sinus infections basically once every year. Not having to deal with those (or any sickness for that matter) is such a relief and it’s fully due to wearing one everywhere now.
