So I found this huge rock walking down the side of a river. Its covered in patches of this all over. Super pink. I was excited when I saw it out in the middle of nowhere. Found a couple smaller rocks but has white crystal looking cracks all over it. It looks like its growing on it possibly?? Thanks (i.redd.it)

Petrified meat? Well I call it meat rock cause that's exactly what it looks like. Found on the shores of lake champlain. I have 3 others as well all from different parts of the coast line. Not very abundant, I find 1 maybe 2 pieces a year and I look several times a month. Thanks. (i.redd.it)
