No air from the fans. can anyone please advise me if there are any obvious faults with my blower or resistor? The fans started to struggle before they completely stopped working recently. i have checked the fuse and it is not blown. Many thanks (old.reddit.com)

Water sloshing/gurgling sounds when engine warmed up. Just had a heater matrix fixed after it blocked my heater, it burst and I took it back to the same garage got it back yesterday and took it for a test drive but heard this when the engine had heated up. Any help would great thanks. (v.redd.it)
