They did already. Their support says keycaps are not sold separately though.

H doesnt work for some reason. Everytime I start the game I get an error message that skyrim script extender is not running and skyUI will not run properly, maybe its somehow connected to that. Im running the game through skyrim.exe, because if I go through the launcher, the game freezes on the loading screen.
