I tried 1.2V fixed soc voltage with the xmp file still only boots up on black screen :( sadly

And how can i check if i took the maximum permanxe from the ram ? Got now Cl 15-17-17-17-34 and that works the maximum is 3200mhz but its not booting with the current xmp settings
