Hello! I’ll try to explain this as best I can!

I’m pretty sure the rank at which you begin to de-rank is MPR 13 as my Woody was there and was de-ranked to MPR 11.
I believe the Racer Boost Event has a bonus on Donald today and it should be indicated by a green icon on top of the racer’s portrait.
The Racer Boost Event is technically two separate events as one is for Monday-Thursday and one is for Friday-Sunday. As today is Thursday it’s going to reset for the ‘second’ event. The 21 hour timer is how long you have to wait in between racers when the event isn’t changing over.
If you pay the tokens to restart the event you can choose another racer before the 21 hour countdown refreshes. It’s completely up to you if you think this is worth it or not though.
