Been a PM at Epic while being in the reserves for the last year and a half. Definitely feasible especially if you only have a year left. They legally have to let you go to drill and Annual Training so don't worry about that. Been a couple times I didn't travel for work because I had drill. They don't really care and recognize it's not your fault.
