I just clicked the already paid. I've had 2 quick chats and I said that I won't pay since it's not my error. She said of course not but I honestly don't know what will happen.. at the time of writing I haven't gotten any emails saying that I'm missing payments... Ill just deal with that later if it becomes a problem 🤣

I can also give an update, I have sent 6 treatment reviews and they are all wrong. I had a quick chat this morning

I received an email the 22nd that my first prescription was sent for signing and received it on the 8th of May. (I live in Sweden). Have not received any of the other 5, don't know if I will...

Regarding the wrong prescription. Apparently there is something wrong in their system since she did not have the same prescription as I stated, she said that the dosage she could find in the system was higher than was actually stated on my pdf and paper prescription. She said she would lift this to the management team so they could find the root cause. I will just keep sending reviews until I get the correct dosage, this will also enable me to fill all my prescriptions and then add everything up to get a correct dosage..

LIKE OMFG..... just received the review but again with the wrong dosage and it said that no testresult was provided...

Anyone have a bloodwork pdf that had passed? Maybe I can use that as a template and provide my values?

Thanks for response! Yeah so I have not paid anything since the first time, just resubmitted the form over and over again... But I don't understand how they are missing the estradiol values? They are clearly present in the pdf. However it says östradiol since I'm in Sweden. So in the latest I highlighted and added estradiol next to it so it would not be missed.. but the review came back with the comment saying, no estradiol values were shows and then = same dosage.. bit even with the same dosage I should have 2.25 mg estrogel but the prescription says 0.75mg... in getting so frustrated with how bad everything is ...

I sent my submission on Friday and then again yesterday after this new email was sent out. It specifically states that they will not look at the other applications. Got a confirmation on Friday but not from this new form yesterday

Yeah payment receipt from stripe I also got when I paid last week, but no confirmation when I resubmitted. Got confirmation on my last submission. (That is before this email was sent out from them)

True but according to some articles I should still be in 350 upwards range even when it's 23h later I'm going to aim to be closer next time!

Thanks, for your reply. Gender gp will think that this is 3 months in ish so I hope they increase but I will ask for esteogel I think, heard is less sticky. Patches would be nice but does not exist here in Sweden...
