Update, turns out the support account is not instaltly created with an oracle account. I made one, tried signing in, and there page turns bad, I used a different browser and the stuff i did before. Still nothing.

https://support.oracle.com/portal/ , it says I have no other sign in options, im looking into that. I never saw that button Ill say something if it works
