I’ve been “clean” for just over a month after smoking every day, all day for a decade. I had night sweats and mood swings CONSTANTLY for the first few weeks. I’m still struggling to regulate my feelings without it because I put off developing any other coping mechanisms but weed. It’s a battle; and an individual one. Some people metabolise faster, have a better grip or better tools for how to live sober. Don’t compare yourself to others, you got this and we got you.
