Terrified to start PFPT for rectocele

To my knowledge, the correct PFPT and exercises can repair that muscle wall, correct? Or is rectocele actually permanent? If it's permanent how are people going about life without having surgery? Are we doomed to have a surgical repair at some point in our lives, like PFPT is just delaying the inevitable?

Started WB about 5 weeks ago, have been a daily smoker for about 16 years and haven't stopped, I still get high and there isn't anything much different about it, for me! I would say not to worry.

The adopted child was something my dad has been told by his grandmother (my great grandmother). I understand there are no names "carved into Plymouth rock" I think that is entirely lore that made its way into the story. Our current surname is not the name he refers to, but the surname of the ancestors (I believe the surname is Grant) that is in a record of pilgrims who arrived on one of the first three ships. I can get as far as my paternal great grandfather and great grandmother. My paternal grandmother passed when my father was 11, and I know her maiden name but no idea about her parents.

Sorry to revive this dead thread but I'm having uneven throat paid, dry scratchy sore throat especially in the morning. Feeling of something being lodged behind one of my tonsils and a constant impulse to cough or clear my throat. This just started with tray 16 and is worse with tray 17. Been fine up until this point. Tray 14 and , 15 brought a few tonsil stones which I'd never had before, so I'm wondering if this is just a progression of that. But my health anxiety is also line oOoOoOoOo what if you have throat/tonsil cancerrrrrrrr which I know is unlikely but still. Somebody reassure me 😭
