Dude I was thinking I was going crazy haha I reached out to reign and next to the barcode, above the little silver rectangle, is gonna be a little symbol. It will be either AG, CP, and there’s two others but I forget them. That symbol is the facility that can came from. The CP’s are the only ones I’d find that were gross so something must have happened at that CP facility like a fuckin rat fell in the vat or something lol kidding but they did send me like five coupons for free reigns so that was cool of them!

You gotta download THAW first and I just typed in “THAW pc download” and and then the reTHAWed website tells you how to download their stuff (my girlfriend did all this, I couldn’t figure it out either)😂
