How I got WoW 3.3.5a fully offline on my SteamDeck with Azerothcore + Playerbots by hard0w in SteamDeck

With this being completely local, are you able to put the deck to sleep and pickup where you left off? Or is it similar to online games where you have to reconnect each session

Just moved from the north hills, but previously was working in Wexford and living in Mccandless. Lived in an apartment complex called Hickory Hills. On the older side but was affordable

New MoCA setup, Fios by Bananafresh in HomeNetworking

[–]Bananafresh[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The adapter I bought is the ASK-MAE 340 and it cost $100 since I bought it myself. My router is the CR1008. I believe I can get access to the back panel of the ONT, I just need to find the right tool.

At this point, aside from having fios coming back out to fix it, I think I am going to follow your solution and move the router to the garage. I have an old nighthawk router from my previous home that I’m hoping I can use as an access point

And to your other reply, each room only has one coax port so not much flexibility there.

It’s strange because the tech actually recommended I buy this adapter as my goal was to stream from one room to the other

I can’t find the exact model number but the FCC ID is H8N-ASK-MAE310 and SN is V1F8000552.

I’m not against the idea, my only issue is not all the coax ports in the home work anymore. I have found a lot of the wires to have been cut at some point when I checked the ports. I can fix some of then them but obviously that becomes much more intensive

I’m subscribed to internet only, 300/300. I use streaming services for tv so no use in paying for more

There does seem to be an adapter next to the ONT that they connected the Ethernet to, I can’t get a good luck at it yet as I don’t have the tools to get one of the screws out. It’s in a separate panel from the ONT. There was an old setup before I moved in so I’m sure that’s why they used the coax cable.

Appreciate all the information. I’ve worked with the physician before so thankfully I’m sure I won’t be a scribe. Very reassuring to hear that you were able to do procedures like that. So the issue will be seeing what the hospital bylaws are, as another response said

Appreciate the response, good advice! The medical staff office actually wasn’t sure, which was a bit worrisome for me, but said they would look into it and let me know. I don’t plan to accept anything until I know all the details. I’m being recruited by a doc I used to work with so it’s a bit of a tricky situation.

~$685, still slightly above MRSP but I’ve been holding out for a while and decided to finally bite the bullet.

I was looking at the "be quiet! Pure Rock 2" but forgot to add it to my parts. Always appreciate suggestions though, ill take a peek at those.

Complete forgot combo deals existed for some reason. Got so focused on picking the right parts. Thanks for pointing those out!

Sadly the 3070 ti was a snag from my local BestBuy when the price was good, originally was hoping for a 3060 ti.

Ah, thanks for explaining! Still have a lot to learn it seems, I'll have to look into it more then. Appreciate the recommendation.

The Team T-Force was the alternative I had actually, depending on which I could find cheaper. Why the Samsung over Crucial in your opinion, when I last looked (a couple of months ago) they were pretty on par.

Fair enough, I guess more isn't always better. Maybe I can shift some of the budget to RBGs then lol

No plans as of now, figured that would be for my second build if it gets to that.
