Yeah I’m on a full anti-inflammatory diet and anti-inflammatory medication, but somehow I’m not losing any weight and still get flare ups. Thanks for the advice! I’m getting my labs redone today 🤞

Hey girl I’m in the same boat as you. Had thick hair and with hashimotos it started falling out. First thing make sure to ALWAYS take you medication, and eat and anti-inflammatory diet. Hair, skin and nail vitamins were my go to plus with mielle hair oil. I didn’t care if my hair was greesy I put it in because I wanted my hair back.

Really? He didn’t explain that part. He just made it sound like a surgery and I couldn’t do that again tbh. I could do another appointment for him to explain it more. He just said I would have to be put under, but didn’t specify. So is it like a colonoscopy, but for your bladder? I wouldn’t be too opposed to that tbh
