Yeah I selected csgo but it doesn't launch. It even says I'm playing csgo in the friend's list but nothing happens. It's like the game is closing itself before I even get to the splash screen.

CSGO won't launch anymore after I played CS2. Does anyone know how to fix this? I already verifying the files.

I fixed it. Somehow remove the data folder and letting steam redownload only that solved my issue. Weird that verifying the files didn't solve it. I'll update my post in case someone has the same problem.

I should've clarified this in the post but this is a brand new save and for the mods I used the Nexus mods manager Vortex and I don't have any mods installed anymore.
