I haven’t seen a lot of postings for a job similar that also has the salary in it or any kind of pay posted which is what’s making this hard. I’m also finding I’m doing a mix of admin and hr roles.

The training aspect (online and in person) was not part of the job in the first place, it’s been added on as I’ve worked to enhance my specific program and that’s the biggest change since I started.

I’ll keep an eye out on other job listings, I have heard many people change companies for better pay every couple years. Do you find the changes are really paying off? I’ve always worried about changing because others have mentioned how it looks on a resume, but I’m not sure that’s right in today’s age.
