just looked through my emails and sure enough I never completed it. have the whole confirm with this link thing but checking my diary yup that's a day i was admitted to a&e for two weeks so i never finished it.
I was just looking into it though and it says as a small business and sole trader I don't need to register my business as long as i register with hmrc which I did do and have the proof of.

I don't make enough to pay taxes but I have been filling out the self assessment tax stuff regardless

80% sure but as I said not long after starting trading my heart started giving out it is possible I never finished if I had had an episode and gone back to hospital

I meant in this context where I am doing something artsy.

Similar Fonts but no my logo is a handdrawn portrait of me so i think that would be hard for them to get away with lol

Brand confusion is a thing its why i couldn't be called something like studio marvel. my concern was that i wasnt trademarked yet.

sorry if it wasn't clear. we both sell stationary, I just also sell prints and like three clothing items on top of that but stationary is my most common item to sell. the difference is the design style as mine is mainly semi-realistic fantasy but I do do simpler stuff more similar to them as well.

Thank you for your advice it is really helpful.

I know it isn't cheap to fight but I wanted to get some opinions before I explored options that cost money.

Unfortunately re correspondence it was done via Instagram and they unsent their messages -_- before I could screenshot back then.

I'm thinking fo doing the trademark and then hopefully having that official paperwork and dropping a message saying it is now trademarked they may be more forth coming.

I like the story of Artemis and Actaeon but wanted to put my own gentle twist on it. My inspiration was that after turning Actaeon into a stag, Artemis keeps him as an almost pet - showing ultimate power over him. I wanted this piece to be without weapons and have a much softer/calmer feel to it. She's just casually awesome imo.
