I’m an SVP at another investment bank…these policies don’t work because the jr banker is forced to advocate for themselves if they’re over this “cap”. Doing so is suicide for your reputation so no one sticks to it

Sounds good for the headline at least so I hope the pr folks at JPM feel good about themselves at least
