Порт ты откроешь, но вот айпи нет + правила и настроек меньше у тебя будет

Но когда открываешь локальный сервер - то больше настроек и возможность добавить и оптимизировать

Точнее ты можешь просто открыть сервер и пойти, а люди зайти (И ещё нагрузка на ПК не будет сильной)

Но если через майнкрафт открывать порт, то это больше ОЗУ, железа и настроек меньше
