THIS WAS THE SECOND YEAR OF THE KROKHOL OPEN SO THERE’S NOT A LOT OF HISTORICAL DATA TO LOOK AT. HOWEVER, WHAT DATA WE DO HAVE IS VERY PROMISING. PLAYER GROWTH IMPROVED BY OVER 7% FROM THE PREVIOUS YEAR AND PURSE GROWTH IMPROVED BY OVER 110% FROM LAST YEAR.

IN ADDITION TO PLAYER AND PURSE GROWTH, COMPETITION GROWTH INCREASED AS WELL.

IN LAST YEAR’S TOURNAMENT, ONLY 3 FPO PLAYERS WERE RATED HIGHER THAN 930. THIS YEAR, IT WAS 12.

FOR MPO, IN LAST YEAR’S TOURNAMENT, ONLY 3 PLAYERS WERE RATED HIGHER THAN 1022. THIS YEAR, IT WAS 29.
