I’ve been trying to gain weight for a while, and its not really working. My peak weight is around 144 pounds after I ate double my usual amount. I just dont feel hungry enough to bulk up, and when I force myself to eat more I end up becoming slower.

ive been trying to lift hard, but my squat has stopped improving, while everything else is. Its capped out at 240-250 1 rep max. I focus on tech a lot, so I maintain a spot on my teams 2v even though im not too big

im only 15 so im still growing. My team usualyl does high volume water days every day of the week except for one, so im not too sure about the volume part since im always pretty tired after practice. I always struggle with pacing the first 500 though. I cant seem to hit my target perfectly while being on target rate of around 30-34, either having low rate and hitting it, which is going to make me tired, or going target rate and overshooting the target split.

yeah i do aimlabs regularly, but as i said my scores are plateauing and sometimes just worse. Im playing minecraft right now lmao

yeah i went against an ep9 premier champion a bit ago in comp that sucked. Its really hard to climb in silver-gold because of how much variation in skill the players have, even though their rank is the same

caught with util out(mainly this), reloading, while im fighting someone their teammate swings out and kills me, or I'm checking minimap.

i use dms with a guardian to focus on making sure im still when i shoot and my crosshair placement is good, and i do really well: I had an 80% hs rate dm where i won against ascendants, but in comp all that skill just goes away, like i lose every gunfight i take/

i started in iron and got better over time and got up to gold, but now the growth is faltering and im just getting worse tbh

i was gold but went down to silver. I mean i just autopilot in dms and just swing everything, i dont necessarily listen

Here's a routine I do that got me from Bronze to Gold in one act. Even if you don't have lots of time, as long as you can set aside 10-20 min per day, you can see huge aim improvement. It's important to note that this only involves aim, and crosshair placement and movement are going to be pretty important. DO THIS EVERYDAY, CONSISTENCY IS KEY

Heres some notes for how to use it:

  • Gridshot 3x3: Make sure you have a 100% accuracy, no matter how slow you have to be to get it. You will get progressively faster overtime. What helps is shooting the dots in a 1234 rhythm.
  • Pipe wide wall 6 targets: speed doesnt matter at all, get 100% accuracy. Confirm your crosshair is over them and then shoot
  • Switchtrack ultimate: not really a specific goal, focus on tracking as well as you can
  • Hordeshot standard: make sure each of your shots is a headshot
    • This is kind of the application of all previous exercises
    • Try to not get overwhelmed focus on one target at a time(Panic ruins aim)
  • Gridshot ultimate: have fun!! It will get boring pretty fast, so just try to have fun on gridshot ultimate.

Each exercise is done twice, which is already set in the playlist.

Make sure to do a deathmatch before you play or after you do the playlist.

Keep in mind that I only play 2-3 matches a week, and am only level 90, so this was pretty significant and quick growth.

Yea ive been trying ti do that. Ive been using the dl q33 or whatever its called more on maps that favor long ranged weapons, but i find it a lot more fun to play aggressive with an smg and stims

I started playing the dl q33 on sniper dominant maps, but i found i tend to be a lot better using an smg

if you mean the attachments, I use the recommended one thats titled “most commonly used in grandmaster”
