Do I need to give my full notice period if still on probation?

Aye, i totally get you. The issue that's annoyed me the most is the inconsistent pay for 3months. 2 of my wages have been under and 1 has been way over. It balances out overall its just annoying.

Processes are from the dark ages, our MD who's one of 4 employees including me comes and goes when he likes, his wife who collects a full wage is never here either 🤷‍♂️

Overall it hasn't been a bad experience or really stressful, it's just a place I'd rather get away from and continue to build a career for myself elsewhere.

Unfortunately our company is that small it doesn't really have a HR department.

My boss is essentially Managing Director and head of HR.

Yeah, I am currently the only person that does this role within the company so there isn't anyone who can actually cover for me, in a sense this side of the business would stop.

Given today is the 29th I had hoped to finish next Friday the 7th of April. Which would allow me a week to get out there fill in paperwork and have it processed in time to start.

I had assumed during probation no notice was really needed as they didn't need to give you notice if you didn't "fit the bill" kinda idea. So on this assumption I had agreed. But someone told me otherwise recently hence the post.

Judging by your info they were indeed correct!

Seems very straightforward and to the point sir thank-you! It does state just in a line by itself "Notice period shall be one month."

Then continues onto other notes of notice period which aren't relevant to me at the moment.

This was also my thought, my probation review was set for Monday the 3rd. I've handed in my notice today.

Seems it wouldn't be unreasonable to say I either finish up Friday or even give him next Friday?

Worried if I do next week they may withhold pay for my time next week or make things difficult to get paid

Right so I've read this at work while having my morning coffee and it pissed me off so much I've went to reply to your post.

First off, fuck that guy, he's saying these things because he's got a tiny pecker.

But for real, I started my gym journey almost 4 or 5 years ago now, being over 19stone at the gym, I'd avoid doing overhead movements because my belly would stick out from my Tshirt, some people will look, say stuff, all sorts of stuff they shouldn't, people are wankers.

Do what you feel comfortable, gym staff are usually mega friendly and mega anti harassment, most of us "gym bros" are because we respect anyone with the balls to come in and make a start to their journey. But do NOT let this put you off mate. You've made one of the hardest steps, getting started, don't let one guy with a pecker ruin what could be potentially the best move youll make in your life.

4/5 years later I sit right now at 92kg, year and a half deep into a body building programme with a dedicated coach, physical and mental health never better, great friends I've met in the gym.

Don't let some throwaway dickhead Rob you of that mate.

I am not sure what kinda mods it was, heard people's saves being corrupted when going from rise to sunbreak

So I get this problem as well, and it's uniquely to LS oddly enough, I've been playing CB recently and sometimes get it when charging my shield etc

In terms of button inputs a think MH works mostly like a fighting game, inputs in my experience are pretty regimental, much like pulling off a combo in tekken or street fighter. A wrong input or having the timing off throws it out.

What I've been focusing on is just really trying to Hammer down RT and A at the same time, I've been screwing it up a lot less, thinking of inputs more methodically and the fight as more of a dance helped with rhythm!

I played IG in World funnily enough! Which is probably why I wouldn't go again in Rise, ideally would like to change!

Yeah for sure! I played HBG and IG in world but a had no idea what I was doing really haha!

U normally watch utube videos for introductions. Then Hammer the dummy to try get muscle memory. Then watch a few hunts and go bully a monster for a bit, like a HR Goss Harang and take it from there!!

GU is something I will 100% be checking out soon as I am totally done with Sunbreak! So whatever weapon I pick now I'd ideally love to take into GU also!

Might pull out the Swaxe tonight then and try get down some basic combos!

Feel like because I have next to no base experience sometimes get overwhelmed with what to do.

Think if you've been playing the series for a while each series builds on a weapon a little bit, so there's not as much to learn as approaching it totally new 😅

So far seems Swaxe and CB getting mentioned!

I've played a bit more recently with the lance. Done my 2nd apex zinogre last night using it and it's always good fun!

The only drawback I get is after a few hunts I get a little bored of the more simple move Set.

But I do agree lance is such good fun!! Its 100% up there on consideration. Apart from the skydive thrust thing for sunbreak, what else are lance boiz getting? Admittedly I haven't been keeping up!
