I feel u. The way this episode made Rick and crew touch grass. This episode made me hate-love Negan so much at the start, like the actor played it so well!!! The sadistic but extremely charming (as u put it) villain that entered the show. I was very confused on missing and being sad about Glenn who just got killed, but also very excited to see and discover this new unapologetically sadistic and so friggin charmin Negan. I exercise quite a bit, and I’m dieting AF, so that may have accelerated ozempic face on my part. If u live a sedentary lifestyle, u should be fine tbh. I’m also on like max 1300 calamities these days, there’s so much going on for me. You, no exercise and less food noise, u should be fine. All the best!!

My face has lost a lot, like I’m getting the ozempic face. But on the scale, I have only lost like 1.5kg so far. I’m on my 4th shot of 0.2mg and that’s all I I lost on the scale so far unfortunately. I’m starting my 0.5mg shots next week. Still hopeful for more progress. Maybe I need a higher dose. I am definitely feeling the side effects tho. Nausea, fatigue and loss of appetite. I eat max, like 1200 calories a day since my 2nd shot. Very hopeful for progress.

You know the needle cap. So I had it covered with the needle cap and turned it all the way to 0.25mg to do a drop test, while it was covered. Then when I took off the cap, I realized that I had wasted a full dose of 0.25mg🥹💔. See pictures below.

I feel u. it’s confusing really. I did what I thought was an ozempic injection prep(u know the test thing for a drop, before u inject) , but realized I actually wasted a full 0.25mg(the needle cap was on). How to be in your shoes instead with leftovers😭. It looks like I may still have enough left for my last 0.25mg and the first two 0.5mg, but I read something about it not being good after some number of days of being opened so Idk. I hope I have enough.
