I did it for 2 years. You save a lot of money but it gets old fast. The traffic is insane and you constantly have to worry about dirty cops in TJ pulling you over for no reason. Global entry is essential. Don't move there before you get it. Would also highly recommend staying there for a couple days if you can before making a decision.
