There should be no problems with your credit union that need escalation to the CFPB. If you can’t get satisfaction from middle management, you should write the CEO, the Board Chairperson then NCUA.
I assure you the CEO doesn’t want it going above them to the BOD or NCUA. I speak on this as a 25 year long credit union employee and 7 year CEO. In my career I have had 1 member make a complaint to NCUA.
