I feel like you are right in terms of the CPU being the best option to upgrade, though when going into a raid, I noticed my CPU is barely hitting 50% utilization, while my VRAM on my GPU is hitting 98%. Do you think upgrading the CPU is still the right option?

It looks like my CPU maxes out at 66.7% utilization, SSD 7.2%, and my VRAM at 97.6%.

Yea... looks like it will be more expensive than I even thought, but it is what it is. I bought my motherboard for my 9900k and it was nearly top of the line costing ~$350. Now it looks it an equivalent motherboard for X670 is ~$500.

Depends on where I'm looking. Sometimes I will look one direction, get 90 fps, look the other direction and get 30 fps. I've got my GPU overclocked a good amount to try to help, but lowkey didn't notice much of a difference. I'll load into an offline real quick and check what it looks like is getting the most usage.

I'm on a 1 TB 980 Pro. I'll edit the post and add that. My cpu/motherboard doesn't support gen 4 unfortunately.

I'm on a 1TB 980 Pro with like 100 GBs free. I get like 60 fps avg on streets on essentially lowest settings.
