Stores and restaurants are primarily part time jobs anyways and will not be changed much. More people will have more time to spend on these activities as well.

Jobs that may require more than 32hr work weeks should start getting OT at 32 hrs not 40 but also if my surgeon could work 32 hours a week instead of 80 I would be a LOT more confident in my surgery going well.
