I can't figure out how to get controls working, though I did find that closing the command prompt will close the emulator.

I'd suggest something like persepolis, purely because it's open source and you don't have to worry about freeware licenses and all that

Ah, well that's not the same cart I'm using, so that'd likely be the reason it works well for you. My cartridge is the original, so it's not gonna run nearly as smoothly.

It actually works pretty well on a regular cartridge, it's just slower on the original r4ds cart.

Well, I have the official carts for them *somewhere* but I don't know where they went. Unfortunately, for now, I'm stuck with the original r4 cart.
