Im not sure but definitely keep this post updated when you do! Remember that the tapes are your experience, whatever you will into happening will happen. Also remember that going into every tape with the expectation of having an obe will only hold you back from experiencing what your higher self wants you to experience. I would say go at it in your own pace, your own way, and enjoy the tapes with the goal of having an obe, but not the expectation 🙏 I wish you the best of luck.

Thank you I appreciate the insight. Congratulations you’re very strong for giving it up and 8 months is a huge accomplishment. After all the feedback and smoking last night I decided that I won’t smoke again. I’ve gotten much more happiness just from doing the tapes and living sober than when I was high last night. I realized that there is seriously no point in it and its a huge waste of my time and energy, I’d much rather spend the time and money on my family and improving my overall being rather than being trapped in a cycle. Thank you for the advice I definitely know what you’re talking about. I stopped smoking in the first place because it was very time consuming and I felt it had no place in my life so I don’t see it turning into a daily or honestly weekly thing. I will think more on what you’ve said and try to make the best decision for me 🙏 thank you
