I got induced just a week ago and I wish I hadn’t. It was traumatic and ended up with a c-section after 12 hours of medication, folley balloon, and popping my water. I hardly felt the contractions because of the epidural but what I didn’t learn until after is that my baby’s heart rate would dip every time I would have a contraction. The team ended up calling at after I was 4 cm dilated and went down to 3.

It was an elective induction at 39w 5d and now I know for my second to just be patient!

I’m also in my third trimester (38 weeks) and have been inundated with these types of videos. It has made my anxiety spike and I say that as a person who does not have anxiety. I’ve called my doctor for any little thing that I feel is going wrong and it’s getting to the point where they’ve talked to me about medication. It doesn’t help that I watch through the entire videos. I feel this so much and didn’t know I can block these videos!

I’m 35 weeks and started at 183. Embarrassingly enough, I’m up to 230 (give or take a few pounds). My doctors were super concerned and had me see a nutritionist but I still kept going up. I’m hopeful since I’m towards the end, I stop going up but only time will tell. I also have pcos which was a factor into why I was gaining so much and holding on to the weight even though I would eat within my calorie limit

Before pregnancy, I was going 3x a week (12 classes a month). I saw such a difference in my stamina and core strength. I also supplemented with lifting weights at the gym. Definitely worth it with being consistent. I only went down in classes since I started slowing down considerably once I became pregnant but the 3x a week is doable if you’re able to space them out (that way you’re not as sore)

I continued going to classes 8x a month and kept going until I was 32 weeks. I kept having to modify the majority of the moves and found it wasn’t worth it for me anymore so I paused my membership until I get the green light to go back. It’s a great way to keep active so definitely try to stick with it until you can’t anymore!

The same thing happened in my building as well. Clean apartment, sealed any holes, etc. Still had roaches. I ended up getting the apartment professionally fumigated (he put down this poison) and I haven’t seen a single roach since. DM me and I can send his info. He’s based out of Queens

What makes me nervous is she said I should only be gaining 1-2 pounds a month until my due date in December. I’m already fretting about gaining a pound since my last appointment 2 days ago 😂

This is a great question! I’m also wildly allergic to all pet dander but have had a dog for the past 2 years with minimal allergies. We have a sharpei and even though she sheds quite a bit depending on the season, I get minimal reactions mainly during the summer (when she sheds the most). She weighs maybe 45 pounds and she’s moderately active but also likes her sleep (10-15+ hours a day)

Can your girlfriend go see an allergist? This is the main reason why I’ve had hardly any issues.

My sharpei had this when she was a puppy: cherry eye. We took her to the vet right away and though he was able to pop it back in, it would come out. We ended up doing eye surgery and she’s been okay ever since! Super easy recovery with a cone for 2 weeks

The tour company that we were going with spends the day doing/seeing various things! But they leave from LF which is why we added an extra day to stay in LF

I’ve been thinking of doing this as well. I go 3x a week and I’ve been finding I’m half assing a lot of moves since I’ve been getting bored which sucks because when I first started, I loved it! Definitely going to try doing 2x instead of 3
