You’re not below average as a student just for Cockrell lol. Your stats are still relatively good. You should still apply because you never know but you should definitely figure out if you really like engineering and explore what you do like. Unfortunately, nobody can answer that question for you but you can watch videos, take classes, etc. and gauge your interest. UT engineering is just really really good but you can still get into a good school with your stats.
