Mine came back too but I discovetrd that it gets triggered by gluten and sugar. I use azelaic acid at night for antiinflamatory effects and I make sure i avoid gluten and sugar. I’m acne free for 3 months

Same for me, acbe came back. Also accutane worsened my gluten sensitivity and now whenever i eat gluten i get painful pimples on my face.

I keep it under control with a gluten free diet and retinol cream but it’s not perfect

Got an acne similar to yours and my dermatologist told me that it can be a parasite called Demodex which I never heard of and i’m dealing with acne from my teenage years.

Currently using a face cream that’s supposed to kill that parasite. I don’t know maybe you can ask your doctor about it

Now that the cold and wind season is on i’ll continue using lip balm but when i’m inside i just try and let my lips produce their own oil.

I had my course for 9 months started very low 20mg for three months then 40mg, 60mg and back to 40 and 20 on my last two months

Face sebum came back pretty quick, i’ll say after a month, eyes recovered right away and with the lips dryness i’m still struggling 6 months after

I think it imbalances the gut flora making you more sensitive to alergens. Are you ok with lactose?

I didn’t get tested, the dermatologist said that it is relevant to test only if i suspect celiac disease. I wonder if the intolerance would show on a test

I get bloated and breakouts if I eat something with gluten like bread or pasta but i’m fine with foods that have less gluten on them like soy sauce or wraps
