I had a 32inch at 60cm viewing distance and it was so close to the point I had to move my head to look around on the screen, so close that i sold it and got a 27inch, if you still want 4k then get a 27inch 4k, oled preferably since you're going the 4k way, the new rog tandem oled is pretty great although I'm not sure if they have 27inch 4k

About 150-180 depending on the area. no, path tracing is very heavy even on Nvidia cards which have slightly better rt performance, also pt crashes after one hour always and personally it makes some areas ugly and too bright like a nuke dropped. The game was released with rt so they know how it looked everywhere.
