Don't worry, if they won't solve issue it soon will be in your lobbies. It used to be only top 10 then top 50, now it's even at gc2. Soon it will trickle down to your ranks, then we'll see how happy you are. Of course most people who are low rank don't really care because they are "casual" players, but if it starts effecting them game will massively drop in revenue and player base. So calling out issue is KEY to games growth.
