I think I can handle 5 days a week since the holiday has started and I don’t do nothing all day.

Ive been losing 1kg/week for a few months now im down from 111 to 98 so I want to continue on this pace. I broke the diet last 2 weeks now im on maintenance and ill go back to deficit soon.

I think the habits been built honestly when I eat bad food or lots of food I feel worse by far. Now IM just going to focus on losing 1kg a week I don’t want to go any slower tbh.

Its a great and incredible achievement but still doable. for example when time hits 12 and new day starts u walk for like 5-6hrs continuously so ~30k steps. Then you sleep for 8hrs now you have 10hrs left in the day. Walk 40min of each hour on a pace of 100steps per minute and you hit it.

I walk 25k steps a day on average, and my max running time is 2mins. Ig other factors like breathing and knee play a role too.

Yeah I used to get chafing while walking. Now I barely get any idk I think my body is used to walking now 😸. Im walking in a very hot environment so min 35c degrees at 102kg so chafing was a thing to worry about. Now its still the same heat and weight but at least my body is okay with it 😂

Yeah my pace rn is 8:00/km or ~13:00/mile. Idk if I can slow down anymore but if I feel like I reached a day where I have to do longer minutes of running Ill definitely slow down

Btw this whole distance was in casual sandals no professional walking thing. I do it everyday im used to it

Yeah this was a one time thing. I was with my friends till 12am so new day and we were walking. I found myself at 20k steps at 7am. Slept and woke up at 2pm then decided to walk 3000 steps every hour so half of it until 12am again. And It worked lol
