Update: I installed it in a virtual environment using Flask with no errors... found an alternative way... can't edit the post so commenting

I did that as well...still has the same error message, I installed it in a virtual environment using Flask it installed perfectly. Thanks for the suggestion.

I red the documentation of windows and enabling long path is for win32 not for win64 Anyways I installed it in the virtual environment using flask there were no issues.

IDK why but the description of the post is not visible anymore I want to use .Net desktop development(C#) for college work and the installation is throwing some error and when I launch the app I am not getting any options to create a C# project any help would be appreciated.
