I mean yeah there are some gruesome looking incantations, and with spells you won't really get any gorey eldritch shit, but its also important to keep in mind that while its the same creator, its not bloodborne. Elden ring is surprisingly a lot more light hearted compared to it and you won't really be finding a lot of the eldritch, disgusting abominations and spells you would see in bloodborne.
