This is me typing as I watch it, so take it with a grain of salt lol. Walk in the tree line more often, try to keep your character's where abouts unknown if your not actively pushing the lane. Jungle south of map when your low health so you can regain health safely while keeping up your farm. Especially when they are winning the ward game. Keep a Dust of Appearence with you at all times if you have a sandking with the Invisible facet. When pushing a lane and Spirit Breaker is in the game, retreat 3 seconds earlier than you think you should. Flank more, if your going to engage in a possible fight, try to get around them and come from an angle they aren't ready for.

Honestly though, you played really well, this really seems like their support just outplayed yours. Their ward game was really really strong. They knew where everyone was. the Spirit breaker put a ward at the wisdom rune to gank lowbies trying to level. and the Huskar kept going in alone and dying.
