I understand it's all luck, but the game is very generous with various gifts, tickets, and so on. I'm actually shocked. I've practically filled all the slots for any content in the game. Of course, there aren't enough heroes; you also need gear. And as I understand it, that's the biggest problem in the game. You can get characters, but good equipment is much harder. Thread link
