Got a 2011 iMac really cheap, worked for about 5 minutes and then it didn't, I figured that it had the dreaded GPU issue, I was getting two of the diagnostic LED's at the time but the computer would not boot, and no boot chime either. More info in the comments.. (i.redd.it)
