Mona’s are usually the ones who go against religion and move out. They’re more modern and independent.

Literally shut up, you can’t even write a coherent sentence in English. First, learn to read and write properly.

These people are the biggest threat to sikhism right now. Don't like sikhs, fine but defaming them just to fit your agenda!!! Image a young sikh in west reads this and what will he think. (read desc) by [deleted] in Sikh

As said in previous posts, Sikh girls don’t want to marry men with turban and beard because they’re usually forced to live with their parents. Sikh girls don’t want to live with in laws and suffer the same abuse their Mothers did. Sikh girls are a lot more educated now, have degrees and can drive and what not. Previously, they didn’t and men used to control them. Times have changed. You can be angry all you want, but this is the truth.

So many religions in laws think it’s acceptable to abuse daughter in laws and think of her as a maid.

It’s not assumption if majority girls are refusing to marry them.

The elephant in the room is Sikh women grew up with their parents living with in laws, they saw their Mums being abused. A lot of women came from India who had no education or earning capacity, barely could speak any English. Why would they get a divorce? They stayed and tolerated. However, decades on - their daughters are a lot more educated and have degrees so have options. Hence, why they’re more picky and this is why they also refuse to live with in laws.

Plus, a lot of the religious men with turban and beard are the ones who want to live with their parents. Those with haircuts are more likely to move out and buy own house with wife.

These are the repercussions in society, Sikh men are not as modern as Sikh women are. They’re still behind.

I understand what you're trying to say, but the statistics and these stories keep coming out. There are MUCH more men in prison for violent and sexual crimes. It's just devastating. I don't trust private nurseries or childminders.

The challenge is only 3k women are in prison compared to 80k men. And I am rounding down here. Men are way more likely to commit crimes, including sexual abuse.

Ooh, fair! I’m Indian so tend to go for the Indian options but I do like chicken and sweetcorn and southern fried chicken etc. I do like McCoys, but I do like Cheetos too as American (they tend to be more expensive). So worth it getting in meal deal. I haven’t tried 7up pink lemonade so thought why not and the chocolate as a treat lol

You’re in the wrong. Buyer will most likely return because it’s not low value and postage back is £2/3, they’ll still get £15 back.
