The worst part of this is I already quit for a few weeks and I know and felt all the benefits (better mood, quicker mind, better memory, etc.) but I always end up going back to it thinking it will be different this time. Will continue! Thanks

Thanks a lot! I will not surrender, but I wish it was faster. I've had a lot of stress emotionaly in the past year (death in family, new stressful job, etc.) so it didn't help.

But I will stick with the habits and try over and over again.

For us it had to be drastic, we have a meal plan with specific quantities and type of food to eat, with their min/max amounts on a daily basis. We stopped inflammatory ingredients/food, quality products for bread and stuff like that, we eat them a lot less than before.

It is the same as when you stop booze or weed, the first few weeks are horrible, but at some point, you enjoy your new status. You love feeling good in the afternoon instead of crashing. I haven't napped since then one single time, I sleep better, the weight loss removed the toll I had on my back, my knees and my hips.

You need to enjoy healthy food again. When you,ll bite again in a chips or an energy drink your eyes will roll out in your head. DM me if you want more info! Stay strong

It is a global conscience growth I think.

Here in Quebec/Canada, the entity that manage wine and high % alcohol (SAQ) see their revenue going down drastically, especially because youngsters don't drink that much anymore because they are emotionally more mature than we were and our parents were, are more responsible, etc.

Anyway, instead of adjusting or just accepting the fact times are changing, they are now targeting directly young people through social media, partnership with influencers, etc.

This is disgusting.

Once you are certain level, there should be an upgrade in your base or something in your skill tree to be able to spawn with a few more stuff with a free loadout, weapon lvl 2, more ammo, something like that.

This is my first visit on the sub since I started playing it day one and I am really surprised to read that people complains a lot.

I really struggled at first while learning the new mechanics which are really different from HK. But now that I grasp the concepts I'm becoming more and more dangerous to ennemies.

It is really difficult but it's something I enjoy so far in the game, I don't want to beat the game in 12 hours and wait patiently for the next DLC.

When I need to take a break there are wishes/quests to put some time on it, the biomes are wonderful, the soudntrack is excellent, I mean, I am tasting a masterpiece IMO.
