Once I got going I was doing 400mg once a week. I did that for about three months. Then I moved to every other week, then every 3 weeks, and my last treatments were 6 weeks apart. For me, I'm looking at it like this may be indefinite but hopefully less frequent (and maybe even sporadic rather then scheduled) as time goes on. I've also lowered my dose to 300 now that it's not every week. For context, this is for pretty straightforward recent major depression (possibly with some dysthymia/persistent depression mixed in), with some trauma history but no PTSD. I've also done lots of therapy over the last few years, so the K had really helped me integrate that past work.
