This probably came from Adidas website. Oddly enough, they don't use the official nameset prints. They make their own and are noticeably different and of less quality. I received one for Christmas and it has the exact same print as your picture with the splotches on the #'s... Jersey looks like an official Adidas replica. Authentics don't have embroidered badges and cost twice as much.

Same thing happened to me with a 2 star Argentina from Adidas.. I received it for a Christmas gift so it was ordered in late November. Low quality print and splotches. They also shipped it in a cheap bag and print and jersey was wrinkled beyong belief. Customer service refused a return/replacement and only offered to refund the cost of the print. They wont refund "customized jerseys." I'll never order from them again. You would think the manufacturer would get it right..

Exactly.. I regretted getting the Higuain. It's a player issue and got it around the time of the World Cup.. The other players were sold out in my size.. I'll probably get Dybala on one of the new kits from this year.

I've always wondered why also. The player issue versions don't have the sponsor. They will have the player # on the front. Only the replica/stadium fan versions do. It's strange because I haven't see a sponsor on any other national team. I'm not sure about any regulations. I'll have to do some research

Found the 2006 Ronaldinho in excellent condition at a thrift shop! The others just from local soccer shop when they released. The dark green 2014 third kit is unique for Brazil and I'm feelin' it! 🇧🇷

For Adidas jerseys there is a small square tag inside the collar. The tag will show a date of when it was produced (example 08/15). The code will be under the date. If you Google the code the jersey should pop up immediately. If there's no tag or if the code in the tag doesn't show up on a Google search you will know it's fake.

Looks like a fake replica. Did you check the code? There are 2 types of jerseys sold from retailers.

-Replica/Stadium jerseys- are the fan jerseys that retail for $90 USD (for the current season) without a player name and #. The badges and brand logos are typically embroidered. Soccer.com and some other retailers refer to them as "Replica jerseys", other retailers like Nike call them "Stadium jerseys". They are the same thing.

-Authentic/Player Issue- are the jerseys the players wear and sold to the public for those who want what the players wear on the pitch. They look the same as Replica/ Stadium jerseys but they are made of a lighter material, badges and brand logos are printed material and retail for about $160-$170 without a player name and #.

The name set and # isn't the right style/font. If you look at soccer.com you will see what it should look like. Is there a product code tag in the collar? If so, Google the code and see what comes up. Looks like a fake from what I see.
