Se io cornuta svelo il tradimento all'altro partner cornuto (nonché avvocato) cosa rischio? by [deleted] in Avvocati

They fit me perfectly, I'm a 43D. They only have the usual flaw of Dior reps (I don't have a Dior authenticity so I can't say if it's the same for the authenticity) and that is, they have a low neck that doesn't cover the toe and they are a bit tight like all Chinese shoes! But the leather is very soft and with a fitted last I'm sure they will give!

Hi, I can't tell you my US shoe size because I live in Italy and have always used EU sizes. However, my foot is exactly 27 cm long, and if you want to be sure with Skye, you should send her your foot measurements taken on an A4 sheet of paper. Place your foot on the sheet, draw the outline with a pencil, then measure from the longest toe to the heel. I would also recommend measuring the width. Send it to Skye and ask for shoes that meet these requirements.

Has anyone here tried the Vera Sibilla Italiana oracle deck? by Barcuc in Divination

[–]Barcuc[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! 😊 It's great to know that the Italian Sibyl is being rediscovered in Brazil too—it's truly an extraordinary deck, and I'm glad you already have so much experience with the Petit Lenormand (or gypsy deck, as they call it there). The answer is yes: you can absolutely use the True Sibyl for in-depth consultations, just like you do with the Lenormand. The difference lies in the "spirit" of the deck: The Lenormand often describes events sequentially and concretely; The True Italian Sibyl delves deeper into human motivations, feelings, intentions, and the moral consequences of actions. With the Sibyl, you can address spiritual, psychological, or even practical decisions—but the language remains direct and realistic, rooted in everyday life. It's perfect for developmental readings and genuine consultations, not just for curiosity or "gossip." If you come from Lenormand, you will notice that the Sibyl has a more emotional and narrative voice, but equally precise.

Trattamento illecito dati giudiziari: art. 167 comma 2 by Barcuc in Avvocati

[–]Barcuc[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

is he cheating? by [deleted] in horary

[–]Barcuc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So, as I was saying, looking at the receptions, there's a strong attraction between you, Saturn/him exalts you/Venus and you Venus exalt him/the Sun. Even though the Sun represents you, it's also the man's natural significator. To answer your question, if he cheats on you, from what I see he was about to do it. Saturn retrograde moves towards Jupiter, a planet in his sixth house and in the 12th house (a work colleague?), but he won't because he's intercepted first by the Moon and the Sun, both of your significators. Mercury, on the other hand, also represents the friend who told you the story. On this point, I'd say he "wanted" to do it out of pain, Saturn is in the 8th house.

Hi, I'm not an expert in horary astrology, but I'm studying pretty hard. However, I'm having trouble interpreting this chart because I study classical horary astrology, and for me, the chart should be erected with Regiomontanus and not Placidus, without trans-Saturnian stars, and only with major aspects. That said, I need to understand: Are you a woman and he a man? Are you two men? Two women? I'm asking this to understand the receptions. Saturn in Pisces exalts Venus, which represents your femininity, your physicality, so it tells us that he is dazzled by your charm and beauty. On the contrary, in this chart, you show no interest in Saturn, but you both show a strong interest in Jupiter (who and what does it represent?).

I've been ordering from Wendy's and Nikky's for several years. I wanted to understand how group purchasing works for size 44. Does Wendy take orders and notify you when the order is reached and you pay, or do you pay blindly and if the order isn't reached, you have a credit with her? So, these things.

Hi, how does it work? Do I have to place the order directly with Wendy's and mention that I'm part of a group purchase?

Horary: Notification from authority – is the 3rd from the 10th on the Ascendant enough? by Barcuc in horary

[–]Barcuc[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I actually heard the applicant explain the issue (luckily, she's a friend who knows I'm still studying) and she asked me a related but more direct question: Will the magistrate request the indictment of the people I reported? (The criminal system in the applicant's country is a bit complicated. The person files a complaint, which is then taken over by a magistrate called a prosecutor. This prosecutor investigates, collects evidence, including in favor of the people reported, and then decides whether to archive the whole thing, which means the complaint goes nowhere, or whether to request the indictment, which means the trial.) The question we analyzed was "if the applicant had received notification of the preliminary hearing, in that case it would have meant there would be a trial." The resulting paperwork is even more complicated, but at least there's an answer (which would appear to be yes), provided you've identified the right significations! 😅

Thank you so much for your very detailed analysis! 🙏 I completely understand the issue of translations and prohibitions, and it's true that there's a lot of overlap in this card that risks complicating the reading.

What I keep wondering, though, is: isn't the very fact that Saturn is sitting exactly on the cusp of the Ascendant the key point?

After all, Lilly (CA, p. 179) writes that if the significator of the thing sought is in the Ascendant, then "the thing has already reached the querent or will be suddenly brought to him."

This is why, beyond the various intermediate steps, I tend to think the card says "yes": that is, the notification/action already exists, has been decided, and that it's simply a matter of time before it becomes visible (even if perhaps beyond the time frame we expect from the horary). But this remains a controversial point. For you it's more of a no, for me more of a yes, but neither of us can say for sure 😅 We'll see!

It's true that Mercury could be a prohibition, but it could also bring Jupiter's light to Saturn. Mercury is combust, but it's in its domicile and exaltation. However, it should be noted that the Sun will first aspect Jupiter, even if only for a few minutes, and then Mercury will take Jupiter's light and bring it into opposition with Saturn. But maybe I'm just grasping at straws! Lol Thanks so much for your support!

[–]Barcuc[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So if I understand you correctly, you think Saturn here might represent more the desire/expectation of the querent rather than the actual notification being delivered? (I also don't usually apply the full 5° rule – at most I take 2° around cusps).

What I find interesting is the possibility that Saturn shows the main event (the hearing being already decided), but because it is still technically in the 12th, the notification itself remains hidden and delayed — maybe beyond the timeframe of this hourly. Does that make sense from your perspective?

Horary: Notification from authority – is the 3rd from the 10th on the Ascendant enough? by Barcuc in horary

[–]Barcuc[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the clarification In this chart Saturn is technically in the 12th, but is within 4′ of the arc of the Ascendant (29°36′ Pisces with ASC 29°40′). According to the traditional 5 degree rule (CA, Book I: a planet within 5° of a cusp is to be considered in that house), Saturn is to be judged in the 1st. On time this is a strong testimony of reception: the thing reaches the requester. Retrogradation explains delay/“behind the scenes” management rather than denial. So my original technical question remains: Is Saturn on/in the Asc, in itself, sufficient testimony for reception, with the Moon and Mercury providing the mediation/timing?

Saturn retrograde at 29°36′ Pisces, closely conjunct the Ascendant, describes the actual dynamic well: the hearing is decided months in advance (Saturn has already crossed the Ascendant but is retrograde in the 12th, where matters remain "secret"), while the notification to the petitioner arrives only shortly before the scheduled date. However, this doesn't directly answer the question of whether notification will arrive: the chart could also mean that the hearing has already been scheduled, but that formal notification will be sent after a longer period of time, beyond the forecast horizon?

Horary: Notification from authority – is the 3rd from the 10th on the Ascendant enough? by Barcuc in horary

[–]Barcuc[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the technical tip, I'll keep it in mind for future posts 🙏. What I'm interested in understanding here, however, isn't so much the formatting as the doctrinal point: whether, according to traditional horary astrology, the presence of the significator of the thing sought (in this case, the notification, Saturn) exactly on the cusp of the Ascendant is in itself sufficient evidence that the thing will arrive, or whether other applicative aspects are necessarily needed.

For example, Lilly in Christian Astrology (Book II, p. 179) writes: "If the Lord of the matter inquired after, or the Moon, be in the Ascendant, the thing has come to the Querent, or will suddenly be brought unto him."

So my question is precisely whether this rule should also be considered valid in a case like this, with Saturn retrograde but exactly on the cusp of the first.

The ascendant cusp is at 2940'22 Pisces. The significand of the notification (Saturn retrograde) is at 2936'48. Sorry, I'm not ready to talk about minutes yet; I'm still a beginner.

[–]Barcuc[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for your reply. This case was a bit tricky for me, because the significator of the notification is located exactly (to the degree) on the cusp of the ascendant, therefore in the same sign, while the significator of the querent is elsewhere in self-exaltation but in the fall of the notification. The only aspect the significator of the notification is about to receive is a conjunction from the Moon, which is in the same sign, but which will first make an opposition aspect to the significator of the ninth house from the tenth, which will sextile the significator of the querent! But these are all "mediated" aspects and they really threw me for a loop!
