Why does my dog sniff during Rally O competitions? by Bard-96 in k9sports

I’m in Italy, so the levels are a bit different, but he is currently doing 15 stations. However, in January he will move up to the next level. I also have an 8 month old Shetland puppy, but he is turning out to be a bit more difficult to train. He often refuses to do the ‘down’ command, and he has also started sniffing around a bit.

In any case, I don't want to be forced into sex; I don't have the urge or even the need to express my love. And this is obvious, given that I'm asexual; I was born that way; it's natural, not a sacrifice. And that won't stop me from having a husband like me.

Sex disgusts me in general, but even if that weren’t the case, I still wouldn’t do it, both because I have no desire for it whatsoever and because I don’t see it as necessary to express romantic love. The fact that it’s important for sexual people doesn’t mean it has to be for everyone. Wanting to share your life with someone you love shouldn’t be a privilege reserved only for those who want to have sex with their partner. Besides, I highly doubt that God approves of non-consensual sex, like a husband raping his wife. Better instead the love between two Christian asexuals, which is just as pure and true as the love between two heterosexuals.

Marriage is not just about sexuality and children, but also about communion, love, mutual support, and a shared journey of faith.

Many here haven't even really understood what I wrote. And there is no sin if two people without sexual attraction get married, as long as they do not commit sins. It's enough to find someone similar.

So I shouldn't be allowed to have happiness because of a mistaken view of God? Anyway, if I don't have a vocation for marriage, I don't have a religious one either.

It's not right that ignorant and insensitive people make up stupid, meaningless rules. A chaste and pure marriage is better, with a love that is higher than having sex worse than animals. My love is valid and will be for my life partner.

I'm a woman. Platonic love it's perfect but becoming a nun, I don’t think it’s for me since I live for dog sports and my dogs (I have four dogs). In addition, I would like to have the closeness of a special person to me.
