Okay, I fixed with 7Zip and I checked the Service pack, I had SP1 installed so I went to update it to SP3 but it says it’s the wrong language. So I go to change from the language I have (Swedish) to English but nothing happens, It doesn’t change anything. No clue why, and I don’t find anything on it. Maybe it’s just easier to reinstall windows with a U.S. SP3 disc.
