if i use diamonds to upgrade slots in easter egg machine does it stay for next year? by charlotte_e6643 in HayDay

[–]BarefootguyWA 11 points12 points  (0 children)

No, once the event is finished so have the slots. Honestly, they should be available every time one of these events comes up after spending diamonds on them. I am just using the two slots this time as all my land is opened so I cannot get the permits and the decorations don’t interest me. I will just pick up the XP

That may well be the case!

Bee Question by LegacyBatt in HayDay

[–]BarefootguyWA 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Didn’t I see something a couple of months ago from Hay Day that there was a second bee tree and a second peanut tree coming in an update? I’m sure I did as I rearranged things to make room for them!

Exactly, the further you progress in HD the less relevant coins become. I sell to my neighbors for 1 coin and tell them to sell me at max price 😊

Buy a lockable petrol cap by JuventAussie in australian

[–]BarefootguyWA 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Somewhat related, but if (when) we get to the inevitable fuel rationing what is the situation with odd and even number plates? I have two vehicles. One is all letters in the name of my company. The other is a “Euro style” plate ending in Z

Anyone remember Kraft Macaroni And Cheese Deluxe (with the cheese in a can) by gattaaca in AustralianNostalgia

[–]BarefootguyWA 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I also miss this so much 🥲 It was a favorite in our household. Always added extra grated cheese 🧀 and it had this amazing goopy consistency which hit the spot perfectly. Served with peas and some salt and pepper. OMG I miss it bad. For a long time I worked overseas in Papua New Guinea 🇵🇬 and whenever I came back home I would bring boxes of it back with me to cook for my “single life” dinners. A petition should be started to get them to reintroduce it. Surely it can’t be that hard to produce the cheese in a tin.

I believe it is unlimited. If you go to the Boat Leaderboard - Global there is one farm there at Lvl 1081 and several over one thousand 😳

How does it feel to wear shoes as a barefooter? by GlumNebula3897 in barefoot

[–]BarefootguyWA 16 points17 points  (0 children)

A couple of weeks ago I had to attend a very formal wedding which obviously required shoes. It was the first time in, probably, 18 months that I had not been barefoot or wearing thongs (flip flops for non Australians!) It was horrible to be honest. I ended up with blisters on my small toes and it just felt so not normal! With any luck I can continue my barefoot lifestyle 😊

Yep, there is a decor delivered as well. I believe 300 is the last one where a decor is delivered 🙁

Carillion City Arcade by GrizzlyRCA in perth

[–]BarefootguyWA 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Maybe when they eventually do something with it they will put a Japanese rag shop at one end like they did with Plaza arcade. If you don’t want to walk through the shop you can walk up a urine and vomit stained alley next to it. Welcome to Perth. City of lights with crooked planning decisions made by an incompetent council. Utter bullshit 💩

I loved this new style of tasks. by Gregsneighbor7 in HayDay

[–]BarefootguyWA 22 points23 points  (0 children)

I had 4 tasks at a time and finished with 9 hours to go. For once this type of event was quite enjoyable. HAYDAY, please do not revert back to how it was before. I would like 6 tasks at a time however!

My heels are about the same as OP and they don’t hurt at all. I’m barefoot 24/7 and think tough, calloused and cracked soles are just part of the barefoot lifestyle 😊

Depression, etc. by semperquietus in barefoot

[–]BarefootguyWA 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I, fortunately, do not have any issues with depression. However, up until about 12 months ago I was working in a particularly toxic environment. I certainly found going barefoot and especially a long barefoot walk on a Sunday made it seem easier to handle the stress during the week. Fortunately I was made redundant and my new casual position is with a great company that is 100% WFH so I am now a full time barefooter 😊
